We provide both preventative maintenance and emergency service. Rivertown Heating and Air Conditioning believes that a well-maintained system will save you time and money. We offer a wide range of maintenance plans including annual, semi-annually and quarterly visits. Our maintenance packages can be custom designed to suit each client, with as much or as little service as needed.
Service Process
Quick Response – As soon as we hear from you, we work together to determine the soonest and most convenient time to schedule our visit usually within 24-48 hours, if not same day.
Diagnostics – We use state-of-the-art equipment to thoroughly assess and identify the root cause of the issue(s), ensuring an accurate diagnosis.
Assessment & Quotation – Once the issue is identified the technician will explain their discovery to you and will then discuss next steps, including the cost for repair if needed, prior to continuing.
Expert Service – After we receive your approval, we will get to work to get the unit fully operational as quickly as we can.
System Testing – Upon completion of the repair, the unit is then tested to verify it is operating as designed prior to our departure; if it is not due to another issue/component presenting we will then discuss with you prior to any further assessment.
